I believe movement is medicine.
I believe we should be moving because we love our bodies not because we want to change them.
I don't believe we need to work out every single day and I believe that we should be moving and getting stronger because we want to take up more space in the world, not working out to take up less.
I believe that movement can be a form of expression for the soul and healing for the nervous system, if guided properly.
I've taught every type of fitness you can think of for over 10 years in NYC, SF, LA, Boston, and Portland but have found my biggest love teaching from home.
