I am currently working full time as a personal trainer for one client and travel a lot for this job. Because of this I only have room for virtual personal training, performance, and nutrition coaching. And I only have room for up to 3 clients here at a time. I will also try to lead free workshops you can learn more about on instagram or my email list. In the future I am hoping to expand back to other offerings and group courses.

CURRENTLY OFFERING HOLISTIC PERFORMANCE COACHING

IDEALlY:

2x weekly workout sessions
1x monthly nutrition and success planning

Most success will be found when we work together for 6 months or longer. My goal is to create sustainable health practices and educate you along the way about specific fitness and nutrition science that works best for you. We can always adjust number of sessions.

$750/month for 8 40 minute training sessions online and 1 60 minute coaching session

Otherwise:
$75 per training session one at a time
$250 for nutrition or performance coaching  

No matter what, as my client you get cancelation flexibility, workbooks and additional coaching, and free access to any of my additional workshops/resources I make during our time together!

My greatest desire is that you leave our time together knowing more about your own body and the science that is published today about mindbody connection and fitness and nutrition in general. I work from a place that is compassionate and caring for you as an individual while also honoring the systems we are all living and working within, including those of oppression.
