Step 1: reach out — email or DM to let me know you're interested. 

Step 2: intro chat — a relaxed 30-minute call (no pressure, no pitch) to get to know each other and see if it's a fit.intake form — you'll fill this out before we begin so i can actually understand your history and goals.

Step 3:
complimentary intake session — a live zoom session together before your first real workout. we talk through everything: goals, history, equipment, preferences. this is where your programming actually begins.

Step 4: sessions begin — programming planned week by week, audited and adjusted on the day based on where you actually are.

ideally we are training together 2-x per week, with 1 week of rest every 8-12 weeks built in. this is where real momentum builds. 1x per week can work if you're also moving between sessions. you can figure out what's right for you on our intro call and as we train.

a few things worth knowing

aesthetic goals are completely welcome here. we'll work toward them safely and sustainably — and if a goal ever starts feeling like pressure rather than something that's genuinely serving you, we'll examine that together and build something better underneath it.

i've worked with clients through pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause, chronic pain, body dysmorphia recovery, and everything in between. teens to clients in their 70s. it's never too early or too late.

cancellation is flexible. my schedule involves travel and a full-time training commitment, so i genuinely understand. mutual respect is all i ask.
